If consignee unsatisfied with the saree, the concerned consignee(India) should mail us within 24hrs from the time of delivery mentioning the faults clearly.

Saree should reach our chennai Office within 2 days from the time of delivery, if the delivery is within India. Delivery made anywhere outside India, should reach our chennai office within a week.

The customer is liable to bear the "To and Fro" courier expenses for the returned/cancelled orders.
